We came all the way from Australia to get our hair done and it did not disappoint. My sister and I both got silk presses mine with extensions in. The ladies went over and beyond for us to make sure our hair was properly taken care of. Everyone was very professional and we were so thrilled with the end result!

All of the staff are heavy handed with hair. Even basics such as how to comb hair they do not know and become argumentative and patronising when you query it. The correct way to comb afro hair is from the tip and you work your way up to the roots slowly. The stylist in these shops start at the root and rip the comb through knots and then lie about it. I didn't trust her to trim and when I went for my trim at another shop I was told she didn't silk press my roots. She does not deserve paying
