Staff very pleasant and professional.

First visit here and not my last (next appointment already booked). Haircut was great, no complaints there. The hairdresser didn't seem to speak any English (saving me from mundane conversations about Eastenders or where I'm going on holiday), but was friendly enough and I showed her a picture of what I wanted so no worries there. Atmosphere was a bit strange - it seemed very empty and no one spoke to each other (language barrier(s)?). Oh and she also accidentally burnt my ear when blow drying it, leaving me with a blister (metal hairbrush dropped on my ear - genuine accident). For a silent, no nonsense haircut though, I would recommend!
