Only doesn't get 5 stars because they charged an extra £10 for an undercut trim - a service which I've never paid more than £5 for even when it's all I'm having done. Still, the lady who did my hair was lovely it was just a shame to ruin the experience over this petty, overpriced charge with a new customer.
