Second time here, both times positive experiences. First time I had an underarm wax and normal polish with Izabella. A week later my nails still look great! Second time I had a leg wax which was painless and actually strangely relaxing.

Good application of the eyelashes but not what I asked for after showing the lady a message from my previous eyelash lady of how she does my lashes she didn't even take notice and done what she wanted I did call the salon to ask them to remove them as I get lashes religiously and they were just wayyy to short for me And not 'uplifted' where they were so short!! I was supposed to get a call back never did waste of £55 ... if she did what I asked for they would of been nice but she didn't it's a shame because I would of become a loyal customer as I live 2 mins away!! But after that experience I don't think I would return.
Got the gel nail extension, the lady is very friendly and does them so well, especially for the price, such good quality.
A lovely salon - well appointed. The staff were lovely but, for me, the massage wasn't excellent. I did have a lot of shoulder pain and some swelling so the therapist, who was very nice, couldn't apply as much pressure as I would have liked - fair enough. But I have had better massages. Also - the music was played through youtube and therefore not very relaxing with ads coming on.
Tastefully decorated and spacious. The manicure is of a really high standard. I asked for half-moon nails and they are superb.
