Very clean spot and staff seemed friendly but had difficulty communicating with receptionist about treatment, safe mani and pedi. The young lady's English was poor, she did not attend to the soles of my feet at all. Also my nails (both hands and feet) were not shaped unevenly. I would not go back.
Absolutely fantastic service - delightful members of staff who made me feel great. I will definitely be back!
I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quiet but that actually made it really tranquil and relaxing! The lady who cut my hair was polite and did exactly what I wanted. My hair feels really smooth and refreshed, they even had a really cool tool that trimmed off split ends!
My only issue was that I'd visited once before but this time I was seen by another therapist... instead of taking me downstairs to relax and lie down for my treatment, I was told to sit in the salon chair upstairs. This wasn't as comfortable and the beautician plucked with tweezers and tinted my brows. On my first visit I had the eyebrows tinted and waxed for the same price.
