Laura greeted me on the entrance followed by Isabella the beautician that kindly introduced herself and guided me to treatment room. Really friendly and made me feel at ease specially when it was my first Hollywood with wax lol Total pleasure to deal with, recommended it to a friend that booked for Saturday, went with her and was welcomed by Rina that let me try this new treatment for free since I had to wait long and even put a movie on! another friend is already booked for next weekend. All really happy! Keep it up will be visiting again for sure.
