Laura is such a kind and top skilled hair dresser. She listened carefully to me and she did understand what I wanted. That's exactly what I missed at the last hair dressers in Germany.
I'm very happy with my new hair cut 🙂
Too bad, that my next hair cut at Laura's salon has to wait for my next holiday in Scotland.

Laura is really friendly and nice young lady. Helped me choosing a hair style. Asked me questions. Suggested different things. She is very welcoming and made me feel like I am really at home. And it was the first time I visited this salon :).

Called to book a skin test ahead of treatment. Female I spoke to didn't seem to think I would need one (not happened before - even salons I go to regularly have insisted on this during Covid). Made sure I had one anyway. Back salon - which I didn't see until my appointment - was a bit cluttered and could be cleaner. Realised afterwards that my clothing had tint on it from the salon visit. So won't be a return customer.
