Called to book a skin test ahead of treatment. Female I spoke to didn't seem to think I would need one (not happened before - even salons I go to regularly have insisted on this during Covid). Made sure I had one anyway. Back salon - which I didn't see until my appointment - was a bit cluttered and could be cleaner. Realised afterwards that my clothing had tint on it from the salon visit. So won't be a return customer.

Jenna is extremely friendly, kind and professional. She is very knowledgeable and caring about its clients. I would definitely come back to her salon:)

Salon is very small but the staff are friendly.
