I booked my appointment for a haircut. The girls looked lovely to be honest but as soon as my hairdresser started washing my hair I felt she had really rough hands and touch. It’s more accurate to describe the hair wash as pulling hair out of my scalp, the water sprayed over my face just because her movements were unmeasured and inconsiderate.
When putting the towel on my head - squeezed it too tight around my face. When brushing my hair - the brush was hitting my head and scalp, scratched skin, ears and neck. Also when speaking she was shouting too much! Also I received undesired length right after I pointed how much I desired to be cut off.
The other girl in the saloon seemed gentle and kind but the lady that delivered her service to me left me feeling terrorised and sore.
I’m sorry for being so honest but I feel that if this lady inhences her hand touch and speaks gentler that would enable customers enjoy all the sensory treatment.

Perfect visit all round! My hairdresser was friendly and offered excellent advice on taking better care of of my hair and colour, without trying to push products on me, like some salons. I love my new haircut and will definitely be booking again in the future.

I had a wonderful afternoon with Laura - she is so talented and really nice! I love what she did to my hair. I'd recommend the salon any day - they also seem to have a lot of other really great beauty services and are really reasonably priced. I'll be back! :)

Had such a lovely time with Laura at the weekend, she gave me a lovely cut and colour, and she was super friendly and chatty to boot. Will definitely be visiting again!
