That was a total disappointment. The appointment originally scheduled for Friday night. I got a last minute text message that it had to be cancelled. Managed to reschedule it. Appointment time 30 minutes as it says while making booking online. Mine lasted 9 minutes there was not any finishing afterwards> Laura who was served me she did not even bother to trim my neck which is basic and normal thing to do. No wonder during 8 minute almost nothing can be done. Hair was cut unevenly and not professionally at all. I will never use them again.

Very satisfied. Jenna was running a bit late but she still did my hair with care and attention to details. Good value for money. I like that they don't do any hidden charges too. Really great salon highly recommended.

Was delighted with my cut and have booked to go back for a colour. The salon was just about to get renovated so it’ll be nice to see the end result with that too.
