We have visited for the second time from St Albans. This time we wanted a little more relaxing type massage combined with some usual streching here and there, this time it felt a bit more painful than usual so less relaxing, despite I have mentioned its too painful and expressed it multiple times ive been told “no pain no gain” - fair enough but i guess some other people might have less pain tolerance so they should be mindful of that. Wasnt awful but I feel less confident to book again.

Found the experience unprofessional at times. Therapist was chit chatting to colleague through the curtain at various times of the massage.
Not really any privacy, every massage I've had always give you privacy at end to redress but I didn't and the curtain was pretty much half open!
