I lived my visit to Prana! Steve was fab, had a really good chat about what I wanted to get out of my massage and didn't feel rushed at all. I've had quite a few deep tissue massages as I need to be physically fit for my job, but I had never had one like this before, the techniques were different and very effective, I've been floating all day! Really felt like I got my money's worth and although I'm just visiting for the week I hope to get another session in before I go!

Amazing! Had a 1 hour Deep Tissue Massage and I can feel how my shoulders have gone down. I work with laptop on a daily basis and my neck + shoulders are just so tense. Steve first talks through the issues and areas that he needs to focus most on, massage is perfect as he asks if the pressure is good and always makes sure you feel comfortable. After the massage, Steve has a quick chat and suggestions for stretches to improve your areas. Definately coming back here 100%
