Another great massage from Steve. As always we had a conversation about how I felt after my last treatment and I felt listened to and heard. I was able to get some focus on the area of my back that felt tender this time. As well as more generally in my shoulder area. Will be back in the New Year

The treatment room was warm and welcoming and surprisingly quiet considering you're in the centre of Brighton. There was nothing to distract you from relaxing. Steve was really friendly and very good at what he does. I would thoroughly recommend him, especially if you like a decent amount of pressure, the deep tissue massage was what it was meant to be.
