The treatment room was warm and welcoming and surprisingly quiet considering you're in the centre of Brighton. There was nothing to distract you from relaxing. Steve was really friendly and very good at what he does. I would thoroughly recommend him, especially if you like a decent amount of pressure, the deep tissue massage was what it was meant to be.

Steve listened carefully when I explained why I had booked in - for a bit of a reset after being ill - and the massage definitely reflected that. He was good at communicating and he really got into the knots in my back and neck. Would certainly recommend and highly likely I will book in again (even though I don’t live in Brighton itself!).
