Steve was just incredible. He asked targeted questions so he could optimise the time available. He was utterly focused on the key pain points and used a mix of techniques really effectively - especially trigger point massage and pressure which really got under the source of pain. He was careful to check re levels if pressure. I really noticed the difference next day in terms of positive impacts. I have regular massages and he's one of the best.
