Had a deep tissue massage with Steve. He was extremely professional and went through any questions and problem areas before we began. Although I didn't get the standard deep tissue massage you normally expect, I was pleasantly surprised by his method for massaging. I told Steve it was as if he read my mind what was hurting and exactly where. he said he works intuitively which I believe is key as every client is different and being able to respond to a clients reactions, muscles and body is what makes Steve incredible at his job. thank you!

Steve was kind, calming and really focused on the areas we spoke about prior to the massage. I felt amazing afterwards! The treatment room is very private and cosy despite being on a busy street, i'd definitely recommend Prana Massage to friends and will book back in as soon as i'm back in brighton!
