Jess was incredibly friendly, welcoming and overall lovely to be around. She described the details on the lymphatic massage, how most people feel during and afterwards, and the benefits of the wooden tools versus just hands. We chatted throughout the appointment about personal life, creating a lovely environment to be in. I've already booked in with her again!

Seems lots of others had the same idea booking a fake tan the evening before ladies day. It felt rather like a conveyor belt and very rushed. I would have preferred a bit more time to talk to the therapist (about depth of tan, aftercare etc). And there were a few issues with communication with the loud spray machine going, and the therapist’s face mask, so I struggled to hear what she was saying. In my opinion, a little more time per appointment should be allowed for in future.
