Cut my toe badly with the nail clippers - my toe was still bleeding when I left. I don't realise though as I had socks on. I was unable to wear trainers the next day. Also used the file on the top surface of my big toe taking off the top surface.

Jess was so thorough with my eyelash lift and tint. Delighted with outcome. Spoke to me when my eyes were covered too, which is reassuring when doors are opening etc in the salon. Also talked me through the treatment so I knew what was going on.

I do not have a lot of treatments but wanted to try the eye facial peel. I was not expecting a lovely facial too. Chloe was super friendly and kind and made me feel relaxed as I am quite self conscious around treatments.
