Jess was extremely nice and at the time my lashes looked nice but my tint hasn’t even lasted a week . I think it’s because she didn’t leave it in very long . Most of the therapists leave for 15 minutes . My lashes are so fair and I’ve spent all that money and have nothing to show for it .

Emily and all the team there were so kind and gentle with me knowing I was extremely anxious and scared of having my ears pierced. The experience was so good, they made me feel at ease. They were supportive on the phone before my appointment and also after when I wanted some after care advice. Highly recommend them .
