Got into treatment room around 10 mins after appointment time by the time undressed and treatment started was around 20 mins into appointment. Felt rushed and quick movements not slow and relaxing. Massage was good on neck. I was completed and dressed at the counter exactly hour after appointment start time. I did ask was this a different treatment other than I had arranged but was confirmed it was the hour appointment.
