My1st booking for years. I was called to ask to pay in full for treatment when the online booking system gave an option to pay afterward. I was texted the night before asking to change the time; the message constantly called me ‘lovely’ and was full of emojis. I found it overfamiliar almost rude. The salon has building work which restricted the space to two rooms and the spa chairs weren’t available. A workman walked in on my treatment and needed supervision. Unprofessional. I won’t be back.
