staff were friendly. But it felt a bit like a conveyor belt as there was only one person doing the treatments in the salon. However, I did book on the day, so perhaps this was not normal. I was not sure where the light switch in the room I was in was, si I felt I was getting changed & dressed again in the dark. The massage was good & I am still feeling the benefit 2 days later.
