Very very happy! Kathryn was lovely and helped me pick a colour I was happy with. Both staff members were so happy and friendly! Also nice to have a natter while getting your nails done! Afterwards, nails look fab and feel fab. Great service! Didn't take too long either!

My daughter and her friend both had their first facial! My daughter (Tia-Lily) had a lovely Beautician who explained everything and recommended everything to her that she should be doing! She came out so pleased and her skin looked amazing! However, Daisy, my daughter's friend said that her Beautician didn't really speak. I think maybe the more Senior Beautician did the talking for them both but I did think that it was a shame that Daisy wasn't really spoken to throughout the treatment. Apart from that, I was very pleased with everything - the 5 stars are for the Beautician that treated Tia!

Had a wonderful age smart facial with Selna. The experience was relaxing as usual, may have nodded off there a couple of times Selna , sorry. Left the salon feeling revitalized with beautifully hydrated skin.

My manicure is a bit messy, the second coat hasnt fully covered some of the nails so it is a bit patchy and one nail has a hair or fibre stuck in between coats so it looks like a ridge. However I like this salon and the first manicure I had there was perfect. Ive also had a great massage there - everyone is friendly and professional. I would still go back but next time I will specifically ask dor the lady who did my first manicure.
