Jess did a lovely age appropriate facial on me. It was relaxing and gentle with a wonderful atmosphere and gentle music etc. I would highly recommend Jess as a therapist.

I only go here for my spray tans when I have a special occasion.
I booked & paid online for a medium tan, £25. I didn't realise was that this was for an overnight tan. I didn't know there was a difference as the website just says medium tan. Apparently for a tan you take off in 4 hrs it's called a 60 minute tan.
I wasn't able to pay the £5 extra as the manager would only permit £10 minimum payment. A big let down and really bad display of bad customer service and lack of help. I won't go back.
