I felt very rushed despite paying £45 for my treatment. The therapist did the barest minimum filing my toenails which were uneven. And painted them in the middle of my callus peel soak, causing her to repaint them multiple times as they kept being smudged. Asked me if I would wait for the to dry outside in the waiting room rather than in the treatment room. The 40 minute treatment took 1h20 in the end. I will not return. It's a shame as the receptionist was very welcoming.

Left me with a graze/burn/burn under my eyebrow. Also left lots of hairs that needed plucking out.
