The staff and therapist made us feel welcome and relaxed from start to finish. Highly recommend and will be returning there on a regular basis.
I was booked in for a neck, back and shoulder massage. Upon arriving, there was a phone call taking place between the staff, which sounded like someone had not turned up for their shift, which didn't set the relaxing tone and atmosphere expected. During the actual massage, I was not asked why I was there or what I would like, no consultation, other than the paperwork that I had filled in, which was generic. I had booked the appointment as I wanted to have a strong massage on my neck and shoulders as they were feeling particularly knotted. I mentioned this to the staff member myself and had to ask again during the treatment but the massage was still 'weak'. The masseuse's hands were cold and by the end, I didn't feel particularly relaxed and my muscle ache was still there. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to it but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
Had a lip and eyebrow (just the middle bit) and although it was good it cost an absolute fortune! £16!! Definitely not value for money!!
