Friendly welcome and appointment started on time. A wide choice of gel colours available. The therapist was approachable and easy to talk to. The finished result was fab! An offer of a drink, would have been welcome, but I know I should have asked.

Excellent booking system and comms, great user experience, friendly welcome, no waiting, clean and functional room set up and ready for my treatment, the consultant knew exactly what needed doing, the treatment itself was excellent. If you had 10 stars I'd rate you that!
Ladies' Waxing
I have ben here several time and was really disappointed - I had my lip waxed and never normally have an issue but this time the therapist was so abrupt with her waxing causing my lip to swell and actually bleed so for two days I have been left with bright red very sore lips :(
