Having been before to this salon I went expecting good things. However having booked a deep tissue massage I was told on arrival that the therapist was not qualified to deliver this treatment and I could "just have a firm massage instead." Why no one had bothered to ring me prior to the appointment to see whether this was ok with me is beyond me.
