First time visiting this beauty spa and I went for a pedicure and gel soak off and gel manicure. I firstly like to say the ladies working at the salon are really friendly especially the young girl who did my pedi I think her name was Jenni. She was very professional . What let the salon down was not the staff but the basic facilities. They are using a foot spa that you have at home that doesn't even bubble and the water wasn't warmI was surprised that they don't scrub your feet to try and get rid of hard skin . I wasn't very relaxed as I had to keep lifting my feet up and down on her lap . I basically could of saved my money and painted my own toe nails. The manicure was ok , the lady was also very nice but is not the level that I am used to. One of my nails has already started to peel a day after . They look chipped like normal nail varnish. I had gel varnish before and up to the day I visited this salon my gels had not chipped but had only grown out and was done at a nearby nail lounge. I won't be having these treatments done here again . But I give the girls 5 stars as they did the best with the tools they had .
