I arrived 10mins late due to traffic on my way to the beauty salon from work. I found it surprising that the masseuse couldn't stay back for just 10mins to ensure I got what I was paying for. Especially seeing as I was the last client of the day. Instead 30min session was cut to 20min. :(
Reflexology
Firstly I need to apologise that this review is happening SO unbelievably late!!!! I've kept it in my inbox and been meaning to do it for ages. This was the best full body massage I've ever had. I think the masseuse's name was Kate or Kathryn, she was white with dark brown hair that was up. Firstly she asked me if there were any areas that I would feel uncomfortable with her massaging, which I thought was really considerate as no one had ever asked me that before. I told her no and that I was comfortable with anything the full body massage had to offer. Also I didn't feel obligated to make small talk as she was doing it, which allowed me to relax more and enjoy the experience. I thought she was a fantastic masseuse and also had great customer service skills too.

Leanne was so lovely. Really made me feel relaxed. My nails look fantastic too. Thank you!
