Girls were very friendly although I felt that my technician rushed my gel polish as I was out in just 45 minutes. It also started to chip 5 days after which it shouldn't do as have had gel polish elsewhere which has lasted 2 weeks at least.
Really disappointed with the service this time, and really wouldn't want to return. After my treatment I came into the main reception to find the therapist and receptionist sniggering and laughing. They was embarrassed when they saw I was standing there. It took alot for me start getting this treatment, and after this would never get it done again.felt really upset after leaving salon.its a shame because I have had this therapist before and she seemed very pleasant. They should be very careful in future.
The girl that did my eyelashes was really lovely and welcoming and had great customer service skills but the eye lashes have been really poor and within less than 24 hours started to come out. I only had them done on Thursday evening and now on Monday morning there are very few left.... I was going to contact the salon this morning to discuss but if someone can call me that would be great ? thansk
