friendly staff and felt at ease. plus the massage was great :) only thing i'd suggest is if they could play some more relaxing music, but you can always take earphones!

The waxing was good and fast. However there was just a lotion after the waxing and no balm or serum for those of us with sensitive skin. and I had little bumps on my face from the waxing. other than that, it was good and my hair hasn't grown back much at all yet
