When I arrived I was told to "sit down" but not shown where. I was ignored until staff were ready. There was a kid doing homework in the room with me. The staff spoke to each other but not to me which I found rude. I was laughed at for having washed my hair before coming for a head massage (I didn't know I wasn't supposed to). The music was loud, a radio station with frequent adverts so was nor relaxing. The bottle of oil had someone else's hair stuck to the outside of it.
I thought the whole experience was very uncomfortable and unpleasant abd not one I will be repeating. I mist certainly will not recommend Preetis to anyone I like!

I had a gold facial and was perfect. Was relaxing and left my skin soft.
