On entering the salon I wasn’t really greeted properly and did wait about 20 mins past my appointment! It would have been nice if someone had explained that they were running late and could have offered me a drink.
Lucy Rose did my manicure and she was lovely. She made me feel very welcome and was nice and chatty. I was happy with my nails too 😀

Was a really good experience, as good as it can be anyway when you’re getting a wax! It was my first intimate wax so I was really nervous but Teresa made me feel so at ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Will definitely be recommending to friends and returning soon!
