I had a hollywood hot wax. Staff was on time but also a bit in a rush. However everything went perfect although you could feel they were rushed. I d probably do it again as the place is convenient and the staff friendly.

Only negative thing was the annoying music which distracted a little from the experience.
It was relaxing and I fell asleep towards the end of the treatment!
