Ladies' Waxing
Excellent service, had booked my gelish nails but ended up doing pedicure as well. Very quick and efficient service. The staff was lovely and attentive and my nails look lovely. I will be definitely going back for more. The prices are also very reasonable.
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
The booking was double booked due to wahanda and the venue's availability not connecting. The staff called me in about an hour to try and book me in for the following day, which was not convenient. So we agreed on me turning up in 20 mins (the actual appoinment was requested was in an hour). When arrived, no one apologied for the double booking and quickly allocated me to a room. Although the treatment itself was fast and professional, the feeling I received from the staff was more of like I was a nuisance to them and they wanted me out ASAP. No body seemed to care about my experience either. So treatment - great; price - great; cleanliness - great; staff - basic training needed.
I don't think I will be back to this place, considering there is another beauty centre next door with a much more caring and friendly staff.
Hollywood Waxing
I was really impressed with the venue. It was clean, relaxing, and the staff were extremely helpful. It is small but for the area extremely good value. My only wish is that there were more nail booths so I could bring a friend! Great experience, thanks!
Manicure
I was running later and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming on my arrival. My therapist Simran gave me a fantastic pedicure and put in a lot of effort to ensure my nails didn't get smudged (I had on shoes instead of flip flops). She was very thorough with scrubbing off my rough soles and gave me a nice foot massage as well. They have a good choice of nail polish colours as well. The salon is very clean and bright and doesn't have the normal thumping loud music some places have, it's very serene. I will certainly be returning for other treatments!
