I had initially booked my facial with Neelam as she had a 5 star rating but when I arrived it was a lovely lady called Shumalia who did the facial for me. Although I had chosen the classic facial she recommended the herbal one and it was amazing! The way she cleansed and also massaged my face was totally out of this world and I must confess I dozed off a view time (Lol) Shumalia knows her stuff and was polite and also very professional and I would highly recommend her.
