Terrible experience. Arrived and salon didn't know I had booked. Was then made to feel like an inconvenience throughout my treatment. No care taken. Scissors were blunt so felt like my hair was being torn and final haircut was terrible. Had to ask for it to be redone to fix first attempt and left still unhappy with the final cut but feeling like it couldn't be fixed in that salon. Will not return.
