I got to the salon and it was closed. Nobody had been in touch to let me know and nobody has answered my calls since. Luckily I always pay after treatments otherwise I would have been out of pocket. I don’t know whether they are closed or on holiday but they should not be accepting Treatwell bookings either way…

This is a very busy place, (always best to book), so time allotted for your treatment is limited. There isn't time for niceties, not a relaxing experience, but quick.
Staff are pleasant enough, experienced with what they do, and they get on and do your treatment so they can get the next person in the chair. This is not a bad thing, they are thorough and complete your treatment well.
