I'm not happy about her attitude. When I asked for my hair to be straightened, after the not so good colouring, she said no, it's easier for her to curl it! Who is the paying customer? I wouldn't go back.

Mia was professional skilled and talented. She asked me what type of hairstyle I would like and conditioned my hair. She provided excellent service and my hair was glossy, volumized with fantastic style. I was very happy with the result.

I am dissatisfied with the recent experience my mother and I had at your salon. Unfortunately, our visit left us feeling disappointed and frustrated, upon entering the salon, we couldn't help but notice that the environment felt dated and uninviting.
I found my hairdresser's communication skills to be inadequate. Throughout the appointment, I felt uncertain about her understanding of my requests, which left me concerned about the outcome of my service. Communication is key in this industry.
