I’m surprised to see positive feedback here - this is my worst ever Treatwell experience. The salon is essentially a desk in the middle of a -not very ambient(!) - men’s hairdressers. I spent ages trying to find the salon, only to call and find the shops has a completely different name. I booked and paid via Treatwell but turned up and the salon couldn’t see me for another 30 mins. I’ve still not been refunded by Treatwell. Would never go again - the experience and customer service was terrible.

I don’t like leaving bad feedback but I feel compelled to in this situation. I booked with this salon through Treatwell, arrived only to be unable to locate the salon despite following maps to the address. I then call the listed number and a woman answers who tells me she’s sick and not at the salon, which is understandable however what isn’t is why no one made any effort to contact me to re-schedule or inform me it was cancelled. I walked 40 minutes to get there and it’s really rude that they cancel at the time of appointment. Then when I ask if I can reschedule or be refunded she says it’s not her problem and I have to contact treatwell. Honestly the worst beauty salon experience I’ve ever had.

I had a bikini and leg wax from Aysha and she was great! It was my first wax and she made me feel comfortable and did a fab job. Great little salon, nothing fancy but good prices and staff were friendly. Thank you!
