Waited 40 minutes to be seen, because therapist had added a gel manicure to the women's treatment before me, which hadn't been booked... Room was filthy and incredibly hot

I came in for a trim for my naturally curly hair, but unfortunately the hairdresser cut too much and ruined the shape of my hair. The front is too long and also very uneven. The way it was cut also ruined my curl pattern. Be very careful if you have afro curly hair and make sure to go to a professional.
