The worst hair appointment I have ever had. She has totally ruined my hair which is going to cost me so much to fix. Firstly she was an hour late for my appointment which totally messed up my plans. All I needed was my very few grey hair at the hairline covering, very simple. She died my roots ginger instead of dark brown then FINALLY fixed it after arguing with me, then died them jet black and have since noticed she got it over my blonde ombré. AVOID

I had a very basic haircut but it looks great and the hairdresser was really friendly. I had quite a lot off and she was cautious to check that she didn’t over do it.
