I am really disappointed. 4 hours in the salon, excited to receive my perm, and the curls have fallen out almost completely about a week after the treatment (and I've only shampooed my hair once since the treatment, 48+ hours after it!).
When I tried to email and text the salon about my experience, there was no offer of a refund, discount or to come in again to fix it. Sadly, I'm going to resort to a bad review so others can avoid the experience I've had.
It's sad that I've wasted money on a hair style that only lasted a few days when it was supposed to last for many months -- especially that, as a student, £24 + £6 tip is a big dent in my finances. I don't have the money to re-do this elsewhere so am sad I just have to live with this now.
I wish the salon had replied to me about my experience and the blokes who work there seem like nice people, but I cannot recommend it. My hair now is frizzy, doesn't curl at all, and looks bad. I have also had many perms before at different salons so know it is not my hair that is the problem but rather the treatment. Please be careful when booking here. I wish I listened to the other 1* review about permanent waves.

Staff were not considerate of the time of the appointment. I arrived on time for my appointment to find out that there was only one hairdresser who was still working on the previous client. I asked when they would be able to start and I was told that the hairdresser is just finishing. After 15 minutes of waiting the hairdresser was still working on the previous client.
