My appointment was booked for 12pm, when I arrived Hero was still finishing off a haircut, I was sat waiting for 25 minutes before he was done. I was then concerned if there was time for me to have my perm done before I had to get back to work at 1:30. When I asked the barber came over aggressively and told me to sit down and stop wasting time. The perm was then rushed resulting in it not working properly and it has gone flat a bit already. Disappointing for an expensive service.

Hero seems lovely but there was a bit of a language barrier and I wasn’t able to communicate exactly what I wanted. That being said, it was a good haircut.
