staff is lovely. But I had my appointment booked with specific person and it didn't happen. the treatment should take 2h 45 min. and i was out of the door in 1 h. I suppose to have hair cut as well but it didn't happen. my waves are straight now (after 3 days, without wash) even tho hairdresser assured me it will last 4 months
