Colour looks great and happy with that, but my mid layers seem too blunt, so is sticking out and drying frizzy. Not as successful visit as previous occasions.

I had booked in for hair and make up. When I arrived I was told they could not do make up. They had accepted the booking The guy did try his best with the hair but clearly not an experienced ladies hairdressers

My hair wasn’t even conditioned, they only shampooed. The hair cut itself was okay, not much care put into it at all. I booked a haircut and blow dry- the description says your left with either ‘bouncy curls’ or ‘sleek shine’ my hair wasn’t even dried properly AT all. This took about 20 minutes, the guy said he didn’t have enough time to straighten it for me even though the appointment time is 45 mins-an hour. He only charged me £14 in the end as opposed to 22 which was okay but I really thought I shouldn’t have had to pay at all. The haircut simply wasn’t what I asked for or what was described on the treatment description. What’s the point, such a waste of time I would have just gone somewhere else had I known. Don’t bother going here. Seriously not worth anyone’s time !!:(
