They looked surprised and didn't know I booked.
Made me wait for 10 mins.
Went into a cold room, bed was dirty with wax stains, towels were stained and I was not sure if they had been washed.
I booked aromatherapy massage, but it was not.
The room is not sound proof so I could hear everything outside Customers left with last minute rescheduled appointments.
Felt chaotic. I want to support them but they need to focus on customer service and details.

I booked in last time for a a set of dip acrylic nails with gel polish. The came out really well and I will definitely come back. I really like how thin they are and not gloopy at all! I was nervous when I saw a couple of the reviews but honestly I haven’t been happier with a set of nails for a long time! I also had a quick coat of gel on my toes too and they look fab. Thanks a lot x
