Had a great first appointment with them, booked my second one only to find when I drove half an hour there and paid for parking that the place was closed during normal us I was hours. No communication and no reason why on the shutters.

The venue was very sad, tired and looked liked they had been to Wilkinson’s to buy most of their products. It wasn’t the beauty parlour experience that I was hoping for although the price was not cheap.
