On arrival the staff were very welcoming and put me at ease. I had booked a deep tissue massage and Sam took care to ask me some health questions before we started and then ensured the room was warm enough. The deep tissue massage was super with care taken to ensure that all my problem areas were targeted. Afterwards I was given a refreshing glass of cold water and allowed to change in my own time- despite this being the end of the day I did not feel rushed. One point for improvement, as the salon is in a shopping centre, at time you do hear the tannoy-I wonder whether playing some relaxing music in the treatment room itself might help? However, both Sam and her massage were excellent and I will be returning, many thanks!

Went in for acrylic infills. Not really that nice, quite a bumpy finish and the cuticle area is cut where they went too close to the skin. Wouldn’t go again for nail treatments. But I’d be willing to go for a eyebrow treatment
